Hello, my name is Ray Negrete! I'm a NASM-certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and university student majoring in Kinesiology/Exercise Science. I currently train at Built 45 Fitness in Sylmar, California. With two years of experience in the field, I have had the opportunity to work with diverse populations ranging from youth athletes to older adults.
My approach to training focuses on creating sustainable results that not only transform the body but also promote long-term health and well-being. I understand that each person is unique, with different needs and preferences, which is why I tailor my training programs to suit individual goals and abilities.
